This picture was taken tonight after Blaise's first night at Kindergarten puppy class. :)
A few weeks ago I enrolled our young one in a training class. For a while I thought I could do it on my own like I did with my first dog, Zoe. Then I realized that I had neither the time or patience to teach this smart girl. And if she is going to be a top-notch therapy dog I wanted her to be trained right and early :) I can't wait for this part!! Zoe was so very close to being a great therapy dog and I know with Blaise's sweet spirit, she will be great :) There is nothing better than bringing the joy of an animal to people who are unable to be around them because they are in a hospital setting.
Anyways, class went wonderful and even though I was nervous before hand that she would make a fool of me, she made me proud! She did everything she was supposed to and the instructors fell in love with her. I can't wait to see what the next four weeks will bring. It will not be an overnight process , but I am confident she will learn quickly.
Had a wonderful day today and looking forward to the rest of my week! Also, got wonderful news from one of my good friends in Georgia that has been trying to have a baby for almost five years, they are expecting!! I couldn't be more over-joyed and can't wait for a few weeks to find out if it is one or multiples! I love you Krystal and Drew! God is good.
